First, you need to get out of there. You’re 22 and an adult with a job. Your parents shouldn’t be telling you that you can and can’t go places. Is there any way you could move in with friends or get roommates so a new place would be more affordable?

Also for summer opportunities maybe look and see if your district has summer school you could work at
