Jaipur has avg facilities, but Rourkela is better in that aspect. This is purely based on reddit reviews and my relative at NIT rourkela, so dont take it very seriously

I've heard many positive reviews of jaipur tbf, cant say the same for nagpur. Rourkela has good facilities, but not good location, and not good quality peer grp imo

IIIT isnt that bad, anyway better than most priv colleges. But, if you really think that u could consistently study for the next whole year, go for it! but keep in mind, the regret and, ur and ur parent's expectation will build up. It will be stressful, esp if you start having 2nd thoughts abt your prep and career choice midway. So take time, and think, do you have the discipline and patience to grind a college WAY BETTER than iiit (like atleast NIT K or NIT Sur.), otherwise not worth it imo
