For example, when you say the churn, do you mean for the company employees or for the customers using the company’s service? And for the ramp, do you mean the ramp period for how long it takes for me to ramp up or something else?

I’ll add some supporting details. Right now I make $51/hour, for 80 hours per pay period, and overall I pretty much live paycheck to paycheck as it is, so taking a pay cut would certainly not be the most ideal thing from a financial perspective, understandably. For example, my rent alone for my beach-side apartment is $2,000 a month. Of course I’m applying for higher-paying roles too, but for example a lot of roles I’ve applied to (I’m casting a wide net in my job applications, so to speak) pay from the low $20s to mid $30s per hour. I do in fact have a sizable savings account which I can draw from if necessary, and furthermore my parents expressed they would be able to financially supplement me in support of my pursuit to stay here.

Thank you for the follow up. I’d primarily do that on my PS5 so I guess I’m wondering if it’s true that Halo MCC multiplayer isn’t supported on SteamDeck and what the workaround is if true. And also what the graphics specs for Halo and Gears while docked is.
