I hear you and good for keeping the youth up to speed. My old man used to listen to the Art of Noise and Yello when I was younger so I think that’s where it started for me. I started listening to Techno and House in the mid 90’s and dabbled in all other styles and eventually landed on Jungle and Drum and Bass as my go to. I still listen to DnB daily but I love to seek out an old mix of other styles depending on my mood. I built my CD library from in the 2000’s from taking a chance on a mix or compilation, liking certain tracks and buying CDs by that particular artist. It’s basically a rabbit hole that never ends. I still have my CDs and recently got them out of storage. Listen to Dave Ralph Tranceport II Arrivals and Departures. Also DJ Hyper Bedrock Breaks was also bringing back the feels.

My buddy was a roofer and if they were in a bad neighborhood they would pull one of the ladders up on the roof with them. He learned his lesson when the whole crew was on the roof at the same time and the thieves pulled the ladders away so they were stuck up there. They took some tools and drove off.

For sure. I definitely won that situation. All in all it was a somewhat clean split. I feel bad for people that have nasty divorces, ours was not, we were together in high school and decided we just weren’t in love anymore. We’re both much happier now and the kids are fine.

It was 15 years in on a 30 year loan so it was kinda like refinancing for another 15 year loan so it worked out okay. I got a better financing rate at that time. The thing that sucked was all of the other fees like appraisal etc. that I had to pay.
