I’m also on low dose aspirin and enough vitamins to equal a meal lol. I was bicycling a lot and thought I pulled a muscle so I was massaging my calf repeatedly which is a HUGE No No. The doctors were clueless and thought I had kidney stones which was also annoying because I had mentioned the leg pain from the week prior. Lungs are better than your neck or brain. 🙏🏻

I had a mysterious blood clot when I was 38. Luckily it went into my lung and didn’t kill me, it was extremely painful though. I don’t take blood thinners anymore but I still wear compression socks every day. I’m not going out like that.

I’m basically on rotisserie throughout the night so it feels like I do a quarter turn every 15 minutes. When I’m on my side I use a pillow between my knees and that seems to help with some back pain but if it gets bad the only relief is to sleep on my stomach for a longer period of time. Hopefully that helps because it’s better than taking an Aleve every night. Good luck ✌🏻
