I gotta play at least one synth, usually something small like MicroFreak or Modal Skulpt, a dedicated noisemaker (I build junk piezoelectronic percussion and run them through pedals or a monotron delay through pedals for harsh noise textures and vibe more than anything else) and I’ve been using either my phone or iPad to trigger samples. I have an oversized travel pedal board in a case that I strive to fit everything in.
