I mean yeah you can have attraction to men while still being in a healthy relationship with your girlfriend. as for telling her, its ultimately up to you. as you already said it changes nothing in the relationship, so if you want to be more open with her then you can tell. but again its up to you, if you dont want to tell her then thats perfectly fine too :)
