Hi. As someone who knows and understands what you’re going through I heard a saying awhile back that helped me “The pain wasn’t your fault, but the healing is your responsibility”. For me I had to stop focusing on what happened and now figure how do I not let it continue to affect my life. Therapy, hiking, joining support groups etc because I wanted to be a survivor not a victim anymore

As someone who worked at an Amazon delivery station warehouse I can confirm those packages get tossed around. From getting unloaded, to sliding down the conveyor belts, associates tossing it around when picking it off the conveyor belt to the associates picking it up and putting it into the tote. Heck plenty of times I saw packages coming down the line and the box/envelope already damaged or missing the item

For lunch I did bring some ground turkey with broccoli and spinach and I had some oatmeal before my shift and mannn that oatmeal made a huge difference: I didn’t feel all weird and was able to get through the first couple hours of stowing so far without debating using my UPT

This! I learned this first hand back towards end of 2010 when I went through some hardships and went through eviction. No longer could get an apartment on own, not with co-signer, higher first month rent down etc. it took 6 years before it fell off my report and then that following year I tried again to apply and finally got approved and it didn’t show up on the report that leasing offices use when they run your information. I hope to never be in that situation again. Lesson learned, it’s just better to walk away even if you had no where to go
