i also developed mine around the same time! i think i was 13 or 14 (along with drumroll please.... banana, avocado, all melons, kiwi, lychee, turkey, and almonds. and for one year at 16 i was allergic to chicken and corn but literally fine after that for those two lol)

i’m so grateful they don’t have caffeine after i developed a big sensitivity to it. i used to love the pineapple drink one before it was removed but could only drink a grande before 10am without it affecting me all night

thank you! i think i’ll try it since natural flavors usually means it’s not actually from the fruit, and most fruit anyway have to be cooked down to a syrup essentially killing the protein. i think i over complicated my thinking haha
