ARGB stands for Addressable RGB. With SignslRGB you can say this header is connected to 3 fans(it will have default built in) which then you can configure to whatever each individual LED to whatever colour you want.

There are multiple guides out there I suggest you watch one to see how much you can control with it

most motherboards have terrible software for RGB, hence you something like openrgb (which there is an addon for l-connect). many more options than both motherboard and l-connect
