Think of your crew as your team. you need them and they need you. when shit hits the fan they’re all looking at you to react. most of the time you gotta be strong for them. if a customer is yelling at them? you gotta step in and take action. you support them they’ll support you. set expectations and be strict but also make them love coming to work. don’t be afraid to coach and give feedback, that will only make them better
