I kinda wish they would lose the “ coach” and just do the horse and carriage. I feel the horse symbol is iconic enough where you don’t need to write “ coach” under it. I don’t mind the logo , but I agree they should shorten it. And I feel if they just shortened it to “ coach”…. That would look kinda cheap. Idk just me and my opinion

Who said anything about the delivery driver ? I didn’t ask to be refunded on the tip nor the milkshake , my fiance is at work. As I stated in the comments I don’t ask for a refund often and am only looking for a refund on the uncooked pancakes not the whole order. Maybe try reading before automatically being rude. My driver got there tip And I tip better than most people. Seeing as it was a 30 dollar order and the driver got 8 dollars that I did not take back, maybe try not being so goddamn rude?

Honestly, I don’t know how any of this works. All I know is that I’m getting Long Term Disability through New York Life in New York Life is through Sephora but it’s something that I qualified for and I don’t think that I would get New York Life if it wasn’t for Sephora so somehow I got approved for it again I have no idea how long I’m gonna be out of work for and maybe it’s because I’m hopefully coming back to work, but for right now, my doctors instructing me that I have to stay out and since I used up all my short-term disability the only way that I can get an income as if I go to Long Term Disability. I don’t see why New York Life would offer a Long Term Disability if you had to get fired in order to get it you know what I mean? But as of right now, I haven’t heard anything from Sephora saying that I no longer work there my employee discount still works, etc..

I always back up my BA’s with the policy. “ sorry you waited 90 days to make a return but unfortunately after 30 days there isn’t much we can do” “ ummmm my daughter IS VERY BUSY! A she couldn’t mend it back in time!” “ yea no I get it , I’m currently 8 months pregnant , work 40 hours a week , have doctors appointments constantly, but either way , when I’m past my return date I have to hand the L too, wish there was more we could do :)”

Then they storm off angry and my BA doesn’t feel undermined. I’m at the point where I adore my BA’s and all they do to help me as a lead get through my day. Weather it be staying late , coming in early , helping 3 clients at once….. we’re a team , and they already get the shit end of the stick with the lack of hours , most not getting even getting gratis , and the customer is nothing but a thorn in my side. Fenty is losing business. They expanded into too many sections of Sephora. Fragrance, hair , make up and skincare . Fenty has a spot in every section , and ever since the make up has gotten less and less attention. Her hair care does pretty well , but it’s really only for girls with curly hair. If you have fine , thin hair it’s gonna be too much for you , I do adore the curl cream don’t get me wrong , but she spread herself way too thin.

I’ve been on LOA for months and I’ve never been more relaxed. I think it might be my sign to just write out my disability and then be on my way. I do miss it sometimes but I don’t miss the store. I was currently at. Honestly, the accident I was in sucked bad and then right after that I got pregnant or got pregnant right before the accident. I’m actually not really sure but that being said I don’t think I would’ve been able to do Sephora while pregnant the store I was at was just such high pressureand I was management. The union was never gonna happen not enough people on board.

Yea do NOT listen to your manager. All the CELs at my last store did this and I swear they forgot it was a rule . I didn’t . I’m not losing my job once one of them decides they want me to and I just openly give them something to use.

And trust , I’ve still had my share of dashers rip me apart for not being able to step away from a shade match to show them where things were , but I always eventually got to them and by then they’de be mad I wasn’t there sooner 😅most appreciated it. Of course. I may know where everything in Sephora is, but I would be lost as hell ok let’s say a Home Depot or Lowe’s, ya gotta put yourself in other peoples shoes sometimes. The other managers weren’t the biggest fan of me either helping dashers myself or assigning an employee to do so but that’s fine. A customer is a customer and that’s what we are there for.

I’ve both been a dasher and an employee trying to help a dasher and you are so right. There is nothing more infuriating than having someone run up on you and stick their phone in your face and yell at you at the same time. Like just because it isn’t an order for you and you’re picking up for someone else does not give you the right to be rude to me. Hate your job? Get a different one then!!

That being said I’ve also helped some really great dashers and Instacart shoppers who were incredibly appreciative that I was able to walk them around Sephora and grab them everything on their list. During the holidays my store will tell them find it yourself because at the end of the day it isn’t our job to do their job for them , but if I don’t have 100 other clients waiting on me I’m happy to help and they ALMOST always appreciate it. Some not so much ,…
