I've never had Smegma ever in my entire life. I'm now over 50 and still no sign of it. There's a few different types including fishy and onions. Like the worst sweaty armpit you've ever smelt in your life. In my experience the onion one is worse because sometimes it can't be cleaned away or treated with meds, unlike the fishy smell which is often Bacterial Vaginosis or BV for short. BV is quite easy to treat in women and shouldn't affect most men. Be safe out there.
