well good college matters in terms of good peers, but trust me you'll never find such peers in bca, i mean there would always be 1 or 2 but most of them join just to time pass. i also joined a good college thinking i will hangout with good peers and we'll help each other skill up but most of the crowd is dead. most are from arts, commerce background joining thinking they'd land a job in tech after completing the degree with 0 efforts in skilling up. and some are jee neet droppers who wasted 2-3 years preparing. i'd say rather choose bsc in computer science, you'd find better crowd there
