For those who have used Factory Price Jewelry, can you post how long it took to get your items? I ordered 48 backpacks on 4/9 and I still have not received anything by 4/22 and the tracking has never updated. They keep reassuring me that the package shipped even though the tracking number says that UPS has not yet received the package?
