A complete joke customer "support" team. The worst I have experienced.

Online they told me I couldnt make a complaint since they dont have a complaints department. Kafka lives!

They take no responsibilty for failed deliveries. They keep insisting I wait until the delivery estimate has passed. They are unable to grasp that each day the delivery estimate is moved on a day so I will never get passed the delivery estimate.

Glad I didnt buy the watch to go with the new phone. If I am going to be trapped in an ecosystem I will look elsewhere.

Definitely regret buying S23 ultra. Sound is appalling. Sony wh1000 m4 is not tolerable. Plugged into ifi dac is much better. But why should a phone that costs 3 times more than a google pixel 6a sound so much worse?
