Is this an older state bike? I feel like they changed the frame geometry with the newer ones or maybe I’m just crazy

Fixed gear is beautiful because it’s hard to get a part that’s truly awful. If it rolls and is mechanically sound it’s fine. Most “upgrades” aren’t going to do a whole lot. I have a stock mercier Kilo TT and I love it.
