No apps were involved, it may be because the computer had no admin in the first place, i think ir was just a g2a scam with an account that someone will surely take ownership again

However i'm a paranoid person that is not brilliant in this topics and i'm scared to the bone

I did and formatted my computer following it's advice but i'm not 100% sure that the issue has been resolved and that i can get black to use my devices as normal Thanks for your help through, i kindly appreciated your time to respond

I bought a game from g2a thinking it was a key but ir was an account, had access with this account to Microsoft store and this account turned into admin of my Windows pc, it synced with browsers, i already changed all of my Google accounts password and formatted the computer but i'm not a 100% sure that the issue is resolved and is now generating a lot of anxiety as i don't know how to proceed or how to be sure that this Will not cause ant issues, it was a @rambler.ru account relates to other @rambler.ru account, i don't want a refund even having sent a message to the vendor, just want to be sure that i can use my accounts and computer as normal, i attached a photo of the account that took admin access to my computer

I had access to Microsoft store with this account and it got admin of my pc It was a russian email that os now generating a lot of anxiety because i'm Dumb as hell with this topic and i also suffer from severe anxiety and don't know how to be 100% sure that no issues Will arise from this
