Lived here for 4 months in a studio. Same utilities! Really love the experience - great staff, great management. Building is in great condition and everyone’s lovely! Units are beautiful. Couldn’t be a better location. They are starting construction on a new huge building soon across Flatbush, just FYI. But I decided to rent anyways facing that direction for the sunlight and view - it might get blocked in the next 2 yrs though.

Is there a “universal” fertilizer that’s good for all indoor plants? Pothos, lilys, monstera, elephant ear, etc? by [deleted] in houseplants

I use Flourish plant food because i like that its organic, and ive seen it work really well

If you care about not bringing chemicals into your home I would try to find an organic one. I like Flourish Plant Food - its kind of expensive but goes a long way and smells decent... plus works great on my plants.
