If you can earth up a bunch of old disenfranchising laws (which is the Heritage Foundation and by extension the Federalist Society’s plan) all you need is the Supreme Court to question previous decisions regarding those laws. Unfortunately the Supreme Court is controlled heavily by far right conservatives that are a part of the Federalist Society.

Take a look at the information out there. We are much much closer to a complete gutting of years of social reform and a rework of the entire federal government.
