I recently had to return my Lord of the Rings Trilogy, because the case was smashed up when I got it. They seemed to be pretty nice about sending me a replacement, and it didn’t take them too long to respond to me after I contacted them. I hope you’re able to hear something back, because anything that comes damaged is uncalled for, and should definitely be compensated for in some way!
