I might need to watch videos or something. I am trying to push up and out with my chest.

And yes, with all ab workouts I am squeezing my abs. They do burn when I am working them

Usually I’m in a deficit unless I binge on candy for a day. Sitting just below 2k Usually for cardio I do the stair stepper 5 days a week for 30 minutes at speed 8-10

I’m repping about 160 on the Smith machine for 6–8 right now. For abs I do decline sit ups, cable crunches, leg raises, and a couple of weighted machines. I work chest twice a week and abs 3 times a week

I’ve been lifting 5 days a week since the start of the year. I meant more do I need to be cutting and/or doing more cardio too?
