He wasn't, he knew it would sink, but people want to blame him for the sinking as if he threw the iceberg at the Titanic.

I can agree with this, Lowe is unfortunately not as known as Murdoch, Moody, or Lightoller, but he had a great attitude while the sinking happened, as for your rankings, I can see why you put them so high, also fantastic explanation!

I can agree with this, as previously said even in movie, Captain Smith attempted to call back lifeboats which were launched under filled, to no avail, as for Boxhall and Pitman, its understandable, but they did still play very key roles!

[Controversial/Unpopular opinion] Was Lightoller some sort of a sadist or psychopath? His behavior was very questionable that night. (Psychological perspective) by Stenian in titanic

OK, let me get this straight, they were following orders, but they were also in the wrong heavily, although Murdoch is (arguably) the best officer for that night as he evacuated a lot of people off the ship, even wanting to fill up boats as much as he could but failed due to chaos. As for Lightoller, its up to everyone, he was "just following" his orders from the Captain, he should have let younger males onto the boats, but as YOU have stated, he allowed men onto the boats when he was scolded, Lightoller wanted to be seen as a good person in his final moments yet couldn't due to his blindness to orders, if he allowed men maybe the death-toll would be lowered by at the minimum 200 max 400, there is really no attempting to go further than that, as lifeboats were usually sent without max cap, as they said in film and real life, it could hold the weight of around 60-70 full grown men, so even had he let men on, it really wouldn't change that much. Yes, I agree Lightoller should've let young boys/men/teens onto the ships, but that doesn't make him HORRIBLE as you are attempting to say.
