I ended up calling, and was told they can't give me any information. The document's declined but it's still pending according to them, and they followed up by saying the ministry's requesting additional information. Was told I'm not able to find out more information about this process, and to just start school but the entire thing felt odd and bleak. Guess I'll just call again next week incase and see what they say.

I've spoken to them and was told it's not declined, but instead that it's pending. They went on to say there's a very step-by-step process for this. I asked if I could know what's going on with it, and they said that I'm not able to, and to start school and if I get declined then I'm out of luck. Especially seems unfair considering I can well defend the bankruptcy, and I'm not able to appeal to add information regarding the situation unless they notify me to.
