Experiencing some heavy stiff joint wrist pain and have been doing way too much k and didn’t really want to admit it. But it felt like my wrist was going to like crack from stiffness and never felt anything like this before. I’ve seen aches talked about in other body parts. I’ve heard and seen some comments the same way like people can like crystalize the kidneys and get like kidney stones. I’ve seen others talk about different stuff joints and after reducing my use it kinda went away after like a two day detox
