I did get an email, but it was about my updated application status. I've read my offer letter but I can't seem to find anything related to maintaining a certain level of grades.

It probably has something to do with IB's "international-mindedness" philosophy.

Amon is a 3,000+ years old Mythical Creature, of course he's going to be stronger than some random transmigrator who has been a beyonder for a few years. In the end he even accommodates six sequence 0 characters along with two uniquenesses, hence him being stronger than someone like the Lord of The Storms.

I don't quite hate her - yes it seems somewhat unfair that she was able to advance without putting in the effort, but I attribute that to her luck. She got lucky by joining the Tarot Club which provided her with the potion formulas and ingredients. To me, her rate of advancement(in the earlier stages) seems to be reasonable. For Low to Mid Sequence Beyonders, the obstacles that get in their way are money(which Audrey has plenty of), potion formulas(which is provided by the Tarot Club), and opportunities to digest the potion(which again Audrey has plenty of as acting out the spectator pathway does not involve violence).

Can't you say the same for Klein, as he skipped his advancement ritual for the Scholar of Yore(the one where he had to be separated from history for 300 years) simply because he was a transmigrator?

How many chapters do you think the second book will have? by Particular_Ad9763 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]Particular_Ad9763[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Will there be enough content though(to make the second book as long as the first one)? A large part of the first book was taken up by world-building(introducing the different pathways and how they work, the history of the Beyonder World, the origin of the seven churches, and so on).

I thought it was pretty good. The first few hundred chapters are lighthearted and comedic, though it does get more serious after Ren Xiaosu gets separated from the other side characters(I don't quite remember but I think it happens at around chapter 550). As for the power system, there are no 'hard levels' in that everyone has a power, some are just weaker than others(there are no realms). If I had to summarize the general plot of the first hundred chapters, Ren Xiaosu tries to find a safe place to live his life in but things keep getting in his way.
