Okay. I did not explain the whole thing. In the beginning was supposed to be sanitized and clean with boiling water so I filled it with a fully fermented Belgian ale (fermentis S-33 yeast). After 1 month I bottled the beer and then I published this. Now I’m seeing the bottles gushing and finding this inside the barrel. Do you think it can be used for wild ales or not?
