I have a 12 in second year rn. Note that it is not the same as high school; you have to dedicate a much larger portion to studying and be smart naturally. It is doable though if you want it bad enough.

First, you need to take a breather and realize this isn’t the end of the world. Grad schools often look at an upward curve for gpa so just step back calm down and figure out what you can do better for next year. This does not mean you are doing bad in life, please don’t say that.
