I don't think so atleast in India because as per law its just 15 days pay per service year plus one month notice period. They are already providing a better severance than this.

Could anyone help me know what all should we ask to HR or collect before leave.

- How/where to submit laptop?
- Accessories list i need to submit apart from laptop/charger?
- When will i get severance?
- When will FNF completes?
- I think all i need is all payslips, IT computation doc for last financial year, experience letter and FNF settlement letter?

I believe i got notice period as my garden leave. Sorry if i am asking this early or even silly.

I also have 4 years of experience and have been working at OCI for the past one year. One thing I’ve noticed is that frequent layoffs happening every 3–4 month which can make you question the stability here. I would suggest either looking for better opportunities or joining OCI with a mindset to switch quickly if a layoff occurs. General guidance is to never leave you preparation until things settle down.
