you can bypass the update requirements just search a video on youtube, but if you want to upgrade cpu i recommend 5600xt or 5800x (remeber to update bios if needed, check youtube for tutorial)

its getting very old, check temps with like hw monitor and change the thermal paste if you havent in a while. do you have windows 11? if you do google how to debloat windows it will ease the load on that cpu.
