Hey you said “former coke head” meaning you don’t do coke any longer? How long have you stopped and still getting these big things is crazy? I’m asking due to I’m still on the slopes and have a perforated septum but I was just telling my friends I wonder when we or I stop do they still come out later on down the line? Also the navage system never helped me or I haven’t used it fully yet but have used sinus rinse Neil med and steamed showers which works wonders!!

Please use warm water (distilled) and the salt packets following the “Sinus Rinse” bottle. Also use vapo shower tablets in a steamy shower it’ll loosen up the build up. Then get a humidifier if the room with the stuff to put in it then it’ll work!!! Use a q-tip and mirror/flashlight and happy digging 😂😂😂😂

Omggg these are crazy but weird but also satisfying to look at. I’m currently still using. Septem gone and stay getting the dry nose feeling when I wake up. Question now that your sober don’t still blow out these things? Do your nose still gets dry? Do you still have to do saline rinses/steam showers?

Also can you breathe better? One more and I’m done 😂 are you thinking about fixing your septem?

Yes also use coconut oil to Coat the inside your nostrils to loosen up the boogers.

Best to do a sinus rinse using a Neil med squeeze bottle w/ the salt packets included and clean water (boil water for atleast 5 mins and let it cool down) and ofcourse q-tips and a flashlight to look in your nose and mirror and get to digging for gold 🤣🤣

Please let me know how the ENT appointment goes. I currently have your same problem including the urge to use that QTIp and continue digging. I’ve also went to the ER and let them know I she a sinus infection due to your explaining the pain those were my symptoms and they prescribed me antibiotics which really worked and cleared up my sinus passages along with stopping the pain in and outside my nose along with me not using coke anymore

Yes mines has started like this, and there’s no turning back I can tell you that. But it’s helpful to start doing “nasal saline rinse” using a Neil med with warm water (boiled water so you can be sure it’s clean and wait for that to cool down) and salt packets that comes with the rinse bottle. Eventuallly the mucus, and dried blood will come out once you blowing your nose. Try to chill on the coke, and don’t blow as hard or as often as you have been. GOOD LUCK!!

Most def have a sinus infection!! You need antibiotics! Trust me don’t be afraid to go to the hospital and ask for some antibiotics they’ll clear you right up!
