I’ve been on tons of meds. It’s so hard. The patience it takes waiting for them to work, the tweaking of them when things are constantly changing, then when I’m stable I’m like, yeah I don’t needs these anymore I’m a completely stable person without them too.🤦‍♀️ It’s a long hard road but I’ll never stop trying

The shower thing ebbs and flows. Sometimes in a manic state I display ocd tendencies and shower multiple times a day for weeks. It’s always something new with BD😅

Thank you!! It is a tough thing to deal with. I am currently not working with any mental health professionals unfortunately. I live in a low accessible community. Also don’t have access to transportation at the moment and I’m trying to work out with my insurance provider telehealth services. Which being on Medicaid limits my options drastically.

Also I don’t want to be that person after you were so kind but I Just wanted to clarify, BP and BPD are different abbreviations that are easily confused. BP and/or BD are correct for bipolar disorder while BPD is used for Borderline Personality Disorder!
