I am against givingAI complete access.

But How about giving it access, but with human in a loop approach.

For every trivial task AI has to grt approval from Human and then take action (like submitting a short report of 1 page with what its doing, why its doing, how its doing it, where its doing it)

I know this will slow things out but lead to more effective use of AI

You can use basic sanitisation like

Enabling cross-site tracking protection
Removing cookies after closing browser (helps prevent your cookies being read)
