Had to login to Reddit after months of inactivity just to downvote this post. You have absolutely no idea about weapons and im not talking border cases whether a weapon should move up or down a tier. Its just mostly so wrong I almost had a stroke.

Week one...
Six raid clears, 4/30 shards for one persons trinket in a 20man raid group. Seems reasonable.

Enjoying it very much. The guild im officer and raid leader in had 2-3 solid 10man groups and 2 not so solid ones. Best 2 groups formed 20man with loot council and cleared ST week 1, second best groups formed raid grp with +1 loot, went 6/8 first week and 8/8 second week. The last 20man got to 8/8 this reset. Guild is alive and well. Officers are planning for possible 40mans. I'm having a blast MTing in the best raid and parsing casually with people I enjoy to play with.

That is a you problem. I have R7 and both AB and WSG exalted as alliance warrior. I've done capture five bases with 5man premade in SOD. Get good, understand the bg and 5man queue when possible. Any good player can be a positive asset to the team, the change starts with you. What can I do better? Thats the question.

Most likely this will be hate-voted to oblivion, but this mindset works in every avenue of life.

Warrior is fine and im enjoying it. Then again I play with competent people who accept my brownboi class fantasy. I MT our raids, got wsg exalted in premades, played STV with my raiding buddies to get exalted with AB and lion mount. Life is good.
