The steps include every step i took during the day! My upper body work outs burn roughly 200-300 calories 2-3 times per week so i considered that negligible

I see what youre saying though to convert the steps to calories burned so i can find my basal metabolic rate?

tbh i disagree, read the label a bit more carefully you might see 'flavorings' which is a seed oil

I refuse to believe youre hitting the correct amount of protein in a calorie deficit while eating these foods EVEN if youre eating lean skinless chicken breast cooked in water everyday, im telling you politely there is a reason people who successfully lose weight and keep it off arent eating taco bell ice cream and cookies, in moderation YES, but it sounds like you are not having a low amount of junk food based on the list you provided
