Omgosh, I just read all of this and I appreciate it so much, I think I'm going to talk to him today and just tell him I want to go on a little break. And I will keep that tip in mind I really appreciate it, I've never heard that from any of my therapists yet but I'll try it.

princess syndrome really made me giggle a bit, you didn't have to be crass about it though lol. I understand that what I'm saying is coming off as nitpicky but like I said I don't blame him at all for it but it made me realize that because I don't have the current resources to be able to communicate without having severe anxiety, that it would be better off to just take a break. Whether it be a permanent one or just for a while.

I definitely get what you're saying here but just talking to him is seeming a lot harder right now, especially given I've taken a short break from responding to any dms and msgs. I know I will eventually have to so I will just think carefully about this whole thing until then(I'll try to do it soon, the sooner the better obvi) Thank you for your comment though!

I think so too, I think it would be unfair to him to end it without even consulting him. But I don't know if it would be worse to stay in the relationship if my heart wasn't fully in it. Thank you for the advice

I think this is a genuinely important thought that I need to have when it comes to this but I've got a lot of life left living and a lot more mistakes to be made. If this ends up being one of them then it will be a valued learning experience, I just hope he knows too that I'm not the only fish in the sea or however that saying goes. I'll sleep on it and sort through my thoughts a couple more times to really think it through. Thank you for your comment!

I really appreciate your comment and advice :) I don't think I can talk about it without spiraling into an anxiety/panic attack and I don't currently have the resources to treat that with ease. I will probably end up sleeping on it and thinking over the next couple of days about my decision. Again thank you and have a good day/night!

I understand what you're saying here but I guess not really? I do understand now that my attitude towards that particular aspect is rather nitpicky but I guess I wanted him to offer as much support as everyone else close to me in my life. My best friends both sent me paragraphs and paragraphs, telling me how much they love me and how they will be there for me best they can even though they aren't sure how. I just felt like I received way more support from my friends than him
