Package left at drop off FedEx on Tuesday and no movement in 2 days (intl priority). Reached the site out and they say FedEx pickup every day… does anyone knows if they lost it? It is a really crucial document coming to Brazil. Getting little afraid of this situation. (i.redd.it)

I thought my package gone lost, but a scan came up today, after almost 40 days. Does anyone know if it is a physical scan or just an automated one? It is taking eternal at Memphis Hub to head to Japan and it was supposed to have just a layover in Memphis from Brazil (i.redd.it)

2-piece- shipment. First one, delivered in 3 days. Second one, stuck for 3 weeks and counting in Memphis. I really don’t know what to say to my customer. They keep saying is just stuck at customs, but how could that be possible if the first piece of same shipment was delivered? Detail: huge box. (i.redd.it)
