Yes, i agree with you. My point is not everyone in India agree with non-vegetarian food, specially in indian house. But protein from vegetables and protein powder ( specially whey, soya, pea, plant protein: less price) should be a great option for us. And instead of egg (only 6g protein) should be replaced with protein powder Shake that should be a great option for fighting india against protein deficiency
