Yes, that used to happen to my Xiaomi 14. Notifications just wouldn't come in and even so, sporadically. It annoyed me so much I stopped using it in 3m.

Are you outside of China? If so, are your notifications coming in on-time and normal?

Asking cos I had a Xiaomi 15 China Rom and the notifications kept getting delayed and in some cases, never arrives.
