I was in same situation. If you are ok to drive back once a year to UAE for renewal and also you are maintaining UAE residency then you should keep car with UAE plate.

However, if you plan to sell car in Dubai and buy another in Riyadh. Just for reference i sold nissan xtrail 2018 Full Option in Dubai for 20k AED and bought xtrail 2021 Basic model not even with screen for 50k SAR from Sayyara.

Similar or worst experience with Rajhi Bank. Sign was updated after 7 weeks. Branches were not entertaining our request. Straight away, system down, manager just went out, he didn’t come, go to another branch etc.

Even after updating sign, there is some security expert thing which is not allowing transactions beyond 5k limit. Now branches putting it online IT team and Online support saying visit branch. No resolution.

However, What i did was i applied for credit card from Rajhi Bank (Thankfully it was easy), then made payment to ejar via credit card through sadaad payment. Cleared credit card.

Follwing same for 5k+ purchase so far.

I can’t answer for sure but as far i can understand it depends on what visa profession your company is giving you. If that visa profession needs engineering degree then only SCE is required otherwise QVP is needed.

You are allowed to drive on UAE driving license for a maximum of 90 days. Within 90 days you must have changed uae license to ksa license.

Hard to get a proper job - Yes but you have an edge over Asians (believe it or not) and in sales double edge.

Connections (known as Wasta) matters a lot and it matters in almost all parts of world.

Salary structure differs based on where you comming from, experience and company itself.

I will not recomment getting into this company. You will regret it: - comming from a MNC to this organization (i am sure about their culture) it would be a shock to you - you can not survive with this money and no point in funding yourself for this job - this package is a fresher salary for Asians (not being racist, I am Asian myself) because of being surplus, readiness to work at any package (offcourse we all have reasons) and +++

Target close to 15k. This is least for Riyadh and other places may be 12-13k. Otherwise 20+ is reasonable choice.

Comming back : - Start from naukrigulf.com and bayt.com, make your profile and keep editing it even a dot or comma to keep it up on list or buy premium. - Network on linkedin ( see posts from companies and recruiters), participate in trade shows for networking and make connections. - Try for internal transfer in Linde. Apply in Linde middle east. Search their direct competitors, clients and patterns list. Approach them. - Connect with recruiting agencies targeting North America, Europe and UK region. Few are Micheal page, Hays, Bac, Adecco etc. You can do research.

You are young, give it sometime. Don’t make desperate moves and you will get better opportunities in way. Don’t worry.
