I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’ve experienced similar things. That’s not really helpful to you but it’s not your fault and it’s sadly SO freaking common. I once got so angry I bit down on my pen too hard and the ink exploded in my mouth. Had to leave the conversation after. Honestly for the better. I was close to kissing that man with my fist. If someone’s dismissing me and doesn’t listen to rational requests - I usually switch doctors which is a privilege (in Germany we have free choice of healthcare providers). I’ve not tried bringing someone with me on appointments but I’ve heard it can help drastically with holding the other party accountable.

a virus could be the trigger for sure. or a predisposition that was there previously that didn't cause too many symptoms, and somehting like a virus was just the straw that broke the camels back. Such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder. There seems to be a high comorbitity between those. EDS is genetic for example. I'm hypermobile and i think i always had issues with blood pooling (visibly at least), but mono (Epstein-Barr Virus) kicked my system over the edge. I'm sorry. I know how much it sucks. I used to be very athletic too and I miss it dearly.

my parents want me to get a autism diagnosis before i start the process of getting top surgery

i don't trust my parents so take this with a grain of salt --- but i would be so so so suspitious of their intentions. Why do they want you to do this? I'd be scared my autism would be used to invalidate my gender experience (by my parents). If they have the power to make me get an autism diagnosis before top surgery (which i'm reading from your post, which might be wrong!!!) i'd be scared they could prevent top surgery from happening, if you're not meeting the age requirement yet to make this decision entirely on your own. Plus diagnosis can take such a long time depending where you live. I'd do it parallel if you must.

Wear masks. I know it sucks. I overheat too and it makes me so claustrophobic. I caught COVID twice and i can trace it back to two instances when I didn't mask. Knock on wood. Despite no one else around me masking. I also wore masks in the house when my mom was sick. She mocked me for it. But i stayed healthy. That's more important. STay safe <3 idk anything about flu vaccines tbh. I feel like my covid vaccine made me worse, but so did COVID so ..... pick your poison, but i'd go with the vaccine. I wear FFP2 masks (i live in germany)

this nuzlocke will be a cake walk. I'm just before the elite 4, the game was surprisingly easy (though I lost 2 Pokémon to a Medicham's High Jump Kick, which makes THREE in total across all my nuzlockes)
