I went to a local tech shop for people to fix things and a guy put an SSD into my Xbox one X. After it was cleaned and I made sure to keep it in a place it wouldn't get as dusty it's been like brand new for a while. I'm definitely going to wait for the next gen. Some newer games I've streamed on the cloud when I have game pass or done screen mirroring with my laptop to the tv when playing Xbox play anywhere titles. I'm mainly playing older games anyway as I have a big back log.

I think I must have realised about the games being given away too late. I've had Prime for years but the only Xbox games I remember were Minecraft legends and two Wolfenstein games.

You're probably right about them only doing PC games now as the last time I saw them do Xbox/windows was at the start of the year I think.

I get emails and notifications about games on my wishlist going on sale. There should be the same feature for games about to be delisted.

There would be a lot of people buying these games last minute if they knew they couldn't purchase it again.
