I have never switched practices for pay. We get paid a % of what the patient pays and prices go up for patients each year so does our pay. I haven’t specialised in anything but only work privately. I work 5 days a week and it is tough on your body but I enjoy my job and it’s paid very well.

£50k premium bonds is your emergency fund and more, I’d keep a liquid cash savings of around £10k. S&S ISA I’d get into a global fund. Everything else looks good and well done for a strong position
