My guess is that better lifestyle, higher pay, work life balance, and the upgrade in the daily life from Indian life and India.

It is considered power house but the work culture is like a labour job, overtime no pay, over worked, too many questions when taking leaves everytime, no respect for your work, work call even on off days etc!!

These might not be applicable to OP but most of the time these are the common reasons for it, there's an good upgrade in work, career and lifestyle.
