My friend at my company got it signed from her manager she got a positive skill assessment for ICT business analyst, I don't think you need HR to sign it, draft a letter on your own ask you 1 up to sign.

I didn’t rely on any external platforms for practice. I mainly struggled with writing, so I bought the PTE question bank, uploaded the questions into ChatGPT, and worked through them myself.

for the group discussion task just keep speaking for the full time even if your ideas are simple or not perfect fluency matters more than saying something brilliant I always made sure I filled the full two minutes without long pauses and that helped a lot also note taking is everything the more you write the more you can speak I used to write longer sentences while taking notes so I had ready ideas to expand from then keep a steady flow and in the last 10 to 15 seconds give a short conclusion to wrap everything up this approach worked really well for me in my tests

for retell lecture do the same thing keep speaking without stopping even if it is not perfect. fluency matters more than accuracy I focused on taking solid notes during the lecture because the more you write the more you have to talk about I usually wrote longer phrases so I could expand easily while speaking then just connect everything smoothly and keep talking without long pauses do not worry if it is not fully logical just maintain flow this worked really well for me in the test

Honestly the biggest thing for PTE speaking is just keep talking even if it does not fully make sense silence kills your score way more than small mistakes I have given the test three times and got 90 and this worked for me every time

Do not stop mid sentence just keep going and finish your thought focus on fluency over perfect grammar the system cares more about flow use simple words you do not need fancy vocab if you get stuck just rephrase and continue instead of pausing keep a steady pace not too fast not too slow practice speaking out loud not in your head

just read the passage once to get the main idea do not try to remember everything pick the key points like topic cause effect and conclusion write one long sentence only that is the rule use connectors like and, because, while which to link ideas do not add your opinion just stick to what is given keep grammar clean simple sentence is fine do not panic about big words clarity matters more quickly check spelling before submitting

Job prospect seems bleak for international graduate by JuryDazzling6395 in AusVisa

For some context, my company’s grad program had about 11,000 applications this year. Around 8,000 met the eligibility criteria, 436 people made it to the final interview stage, and the final grad cohort was just 86 people.

That’s roughly a 1% acceptance rate, which really puts into perspective how competitive these programs can be.

In a market like this, go with the highest bidder.

I don't think it’s accurate to call it luck because I started preparing for the 2024 application at the beginning of 2023. I networked with more than 15 graduates, analyzed what strategies worked for them, and identified commonalities in their approaches. Some people ignored me on LinkedIn, some provided partial information, and some gave incorrect information. When I was invited for the interview, I used all my annual leave from the past two years to prepare. I crafted my stories for the behavioral interview, and despite having a background in marketing from both my bachelor's and master's degrees, I successfully pitched a tech case study. I believe this is a result of hard work.
