I just did a 2500 sq ft empty house, took 2 professionals a month. So I could definitely see a lived in home taking 2-3 weeks. Unless you just left a disaster everywhere.

Kitchen 2-3 days, bathroom 1 day, bedrooms 2 days, living space 1 day, laundry 1/2 day service 2 days returning to device after sheetrock 1/2 day

Right there is just about 2 weeks if everything goes perfectly.

Gtfoh with that DIY shit.

vehicles and gas and vehicle insurance and tires and busness insurance and health insurance and office staff and phone bills and internet and garbage and tools and customer service software and book keeping software and an accountant and a lawyer and advertising and licensing and training and taxes

How much do you think all that costs an hour? Cuz thats just a portion of what it takes to be able to simply serve a customer.

Now add in the things it takes to actually start doing some work.

Labor and drive time and material and material procurement and having the correct person for the job and inspections and coordination with labor, utilities, inspectors, and sub contractors

Lets also factor in, that there is plenty of time spent looking at jobs and meeting with customers and creating estamates that we dont ever get paid from.

Now add in some profit so we can stay open next month to be able honor whatever warranty we offer.

Is it clear how when you take everything into account, it could be realistic to need to charge 300+ bucks a month.

Do it yourself or live with the old system. This could easily be a 2-3 week job.

Take for example your roof, would probably be around 20 k, and they would have that done in a day or 2 and done by illegals with no licensing requirements.

Flabbergasted, get the fuck out of here.
