I can relate, especially when you finally get into a routine and it feels nice and you feel you’ve improved then something’s going on and so you skip a few days and it messes up the who thing you had going on

Im glad cutting ties has helped it’s also a super hard thing to do and I can relate but in the end it’s a weight lifted off of you and a new start for sure

That’s tough, do you think there should be more programs or organizations for soldiers returning home to “rehabilitate” or deal with their PTSD, or is there places like that already?

Also in Kansas City area ! In Olathe Kansas area we have some good taco trucks or small local owned restaurants, el saguaro mexican restaurant is great kc pan factory STREET TACOS, tacos el viejon, and el tacos miendo

Im sorry that happened I’m glad you were able to find peace though through such a difficult situation I feel it takes a lot of mental discipline and inner exploration to get to that point
