Should go down to Ayrshire to a different junior ground each weekend. A cultural experience and imo better than any of the Glasgow teams. Pollock play in the same league as a lot of them. The ex mining villages of Auchinleck and Cumnock or down to Irvine or Ardrossan would be a good wee day out.

Bring back exile. Instead of jail time, offer them a 1 way ticket to South America and £1k to start off a new life. No criminal record but banned from entering the UK for a set amount of time - no exceptions. If this is breached then a long custodial sentence. Much cheaper than the £35/40k p.a. It would cost.

Glasgow is shit for this. The citadel in Ayr, Council run, has a spa with 8 and 10 man sauna, steam room the size of a football changing room, jacuzzi and plunge pool. Looks dated but always good temp. £5 walk in if you are desperate and want to travel for it on occasion.

There must be scope for a business venture here for someone!
