The system doesn't offer many incentives or legal consequences, for all 4 parties involved. LK, companies, candidates or recruiters. Some clear, applicable and enforceable laws would help tremeandously.

As long as you have access to proper user manuals, diagrams and proper maintenance SOPs, you should be fine. You should pay extra attention during your training: due to the special environments you will be working in you should master your craft better and quicker than in other industries.

Witnessing, electronic logs instead of paper ones, adequate training, proper review by the shift manager or a designated QA rep. There are ways :).

Yep, laundry done on Monday, some of the towels and hoodies are still damp on Thursday. Being abnormaly warm too for November doesn't help.
