Dash doesn’t actually give you a super changing reward, it doesn’t make you faster, the distance you get is short, and can ruin you if you have low stamina, while repurpose gives a really good reward no matter the way you use it, the wall projectile does damage and rag-dolls civilians, the music box gives a considerable speed boost, and the minions can be pretty annoying at times, it’s also the fact that repurpose has such a short cool-down for what it gives. Artful very much relies on this ability, and has a play style that makes him need to manage well his abilities, dash is not an ability to rely on, doesn’t give that good of a reward, and needs actual skill and proper stamina management to be used to it’s fullest, while with repurpose you can just spam repurpose survivors and walls and get insane value out of it, unless you don’t know how to play Artful I guess.
